MI considers every employee a valuable member of the team and recognizes the significance of each person's contribution to the success of the Company. We have established the following RECOGNITION AWARDS:

SERVICE AWARDS

Awards are periodically given to employees for years of company service. At three years, a keychain with the MARLOW INDUSTRIES logo is awarded. At five years, women receive a necklace with one diamond and men receive a tie clasp with one diamond. At ten years, two diamonds, and at fifteen years three diamonds are awarded in a gift chosen from a proffered selection.

 

EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH

A Company EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH is recognized monthly for outstanding work exceeding job requirements or expectations. The employee is awarded a plaque, a lapel pin, a special shirt and cash. Their name is added to the Company EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH plaque. Anyone may submit a nomination, and the Senior Management Team makes the selection.

 

COLLEAGUE APPRECIATION PROGRAM (CAP)

Thank you notes are available for any employee to fill out and give to another employee to express appreciation, recognition, and say "THANK YOU". Each thank you note will also be the equivalent of a coupon or token that can be saved and redeemed for prizes from the CAP store. Thank you notes are given for non-routine, work related occasions of extra effort above and beyond common courtesy and general job requirements.

CLEAN ACT AWARD

This award is presented as recognition to individuals who go "above and beyond" general housekeeping expectations. This award is distributed each month to employees based on approval by the Senior Management Team of Marlow Industries. Employees receiving this award will be treated to lunch with Raymond Marlow.

SPECIAL AWARDS

Special awards are given periodically to recognize significant employee achievements. They are recommended by the employee's supervisor and awarded with the concurrence of senior management.
