Marlow Industries is "All Aboard" on Supporting The Ronald McDonald House Charities Through The Trains At North Park Center

Dallas, Texas (January 5, 2002) -- The Trains At NorthPark Center, benefiting the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas, is the most elaborate toy train exhibit in Texas and the largest fundraiser of its kind in the nation attracting more than 75,000 visitors each year. The special event features more than 40 Lionel-type O-Gauge and the larger G-Gauge locomotives traveling across 2,500 feet of winding track. Spanning 2,800 square feet, the exhibit includes numerous famous landmarks such as the Golden Gate Bridge, Dallas' Reunion Tower and the Statue of Liberty.

"The Trains At NorthPark generates approximately one half of the annual operating budget for the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas" shared Courtney McLain, Director of Development for the organization. Ms. McLain added, "We are thankful for the continued support of Marlow Industries in their volunteer efforts and contributions over the years." The Trains At NorthPark Center raised $500,000 for RMHC of Dallas this year.

Marlow Industries has been proud to be a supporter of The Trains At Northpark Center since 1993, helping the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas provide a home-away-from-home for families of seriously ill children who are hospitalized or receiving medical treatment in the Dallas Area.

Crowd favorite, Ronald McDonald, seen here with new friend.
