Marlow Benefits
Marlow TECs are constructed using specialized patented solders that relieve thermal stress. The TECs are small, making them ideal for modular layout in a variety of sizes and arrays. The top ceramics of Marlow TECs can be diced to relieve thermal stress. ACR and temperature matching are available as options.

 Assembly Capabilities
Marlow designs and manufactures high performance thermoelectric subassemblies for numerous applications. Using our ANSI/J-STD-001 certified soldering technicians, we are able to provide wire cables, flex cables and connectors which allow for easy installation and reduced handling losses for our customers. Additionally, temperature sensors such as thermistors and PRTD's are installed on the TE cooler by our highly skilled operators. MI will often solder or epoxy the TE cooler to an interface block which again allows for easy installation for our customers and reduces the reliability risks associated with damaging the TE cooler during packaging operations. Through extensive testing, MI has determined the optimum materials, solders and interface thickness required for the rigorous defense and aerospace applications.  In addition to the assembly capabilities, MI has extensive experience providing custom metalizations to the top stages of a TE cooler including wire bond-able surfaces. Our skilled operators and experienced engineers provide our customers with highest value assemblies which reduce our customers yield losses and improve the system reliability.
