设计用于以高可靠性为基本要求的温度循环应用场合的热电模块。温度循环器通过独特的结构使其不被温度变化范围很宽的高频次连续温度循环损坏。 目前处于测试阶段的制冷片已经循环了一百万次以上,而ACR(交流电阻)变化不到5%。
