Application engineers guide customers through the thermoelectric design process, evaluating requirements and ensuring the optimum thermoelectric solution is selected for the application.
For advanced design support, II-VI Marlow assigns a team of thermal analysis and mechanical engineers to support the design process. With over 150 years of combined experience designing thermoelectric solutions, II-VI Marlow’s design team offers the highest level of support for customers.
Value-Added Thermoelectric Solutions
II-VI Marlow offers value-added thermal solutions to service customer requirements. From individual components to assemblies/sub-systems or complete end-use products – II-VI Marlow is a full-service, vertically integrated manufacturer.
As a division of II-VI, II-VI Marlow has a direct source of Tellurium (material used in thermoelectric devices). II-VI Marlow also utilizes suppliers in the U.S.A. and Asia for heat sinks, fans and well blocks to aid in the assembly process.
Assembly and Test
II-VI Marlow manufactures thermoelectric solutions at both our Dallas, TX (USA) and Vietnam facilities. II-VI Marlow also maintains assembly and test facilities in both Dallas and Vietnam, with the ability to incorporate contract assembly and test work. Both facilities are ISO 9001:2000 certified and maintain the Malcolm Baldrige quality standard.
For each customer, II-VI Marlow assigns an account management team.
- A customer service specialist handles order placement, administrative document and delivery scheduling needs.
- An account manager serves as the primary contact, preparing price quotes and overseeing project operations.
- A design engineer with thermoelectric experience in the customer’s industry/market will oversee technical development and production design to support the project.
